1. Business Terms
Starling Fireworks is a fireworks manufacturer and exporter (Starling Import & Export Co., Ltd.) serving wholesalers, distributors and importers. We sell by full container load (FCL) only and do not sell to individual retail customers.
2. Quotations & Orders
Prices are quoted per case (carton) in USD on an FOB China basis. Freight, insurance and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. A quotation does not constitute an order until confirmed in writing and a proforma invoice is issued.
3. Compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that imported fireworks comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country, including import permits, licensing and storage requirements.
4. Liability
Starling Fireworks provides products for lawful import and use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
